BookMyParts allows product return for upto 24 hours from delivery in all the following cases:
- Product is physically damaged.
- Product is Unused, tempered or modified.
- If any committed accessories is missing.
- Product is significantly does not match with specified parameters on site. (Example Size, Material as per not specification)
Cancellation Policy:
- In case the order is cancelled by user after goods have been dispatched, Courier and Duties collected in the process will not be refunded.
